Upside-Down Apple Tarts

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 apples, thinly sliced

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Brush small circles of melted butter, honey, and brown sugar on the sheet.

  3. Arrange apple slices on top, sprinkle with cinnamon.

  4. Cut pastry into 4 squares; place one over each apple stack, tucking edges.

  5. Bake 20–25 min until puffed and golden.

  6. Cool 5 min, then flip carefully to reveal glossy caramelized tops.
